About Us

Rudy was born and raised in Elmhurst, Queens. He is the product of hard working immigrants from Puebla, Mexico. 

Rudy enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves in 2001 and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Afterwards he received a Bachelors in Finance from Baruch College and was accepted into the Marine Corps Officer program.

As an Officer, Rudy led over 400 Marines & Sailors through three combat deployments to Iraq and other deployments in Southeast Asia and West Africa.

As a Marine he experienced what a top performing team looks like. He continued to refine his leadership and business skills in the corporate sector working for a fortune 500 company as a General Manger and then for a family owned company as a Vice President.

Rudy applied the lessons he learned in the Marine Corps and the corporate sector and launched his own company that operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System. 

John is an experienced business owner with over 36 year in the services industry (Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing, Facilities Services, and Fire Protection). 

He has developed expertise in Financial Accounting, Administration, Insurance, Scheduling, Logistics, Employee Management, and Fleet Management. 

He has served in various roles throughout his career such as President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief  Information Officer, Senior Executive Vice President, Director of MIS, Director  of Operations, and Business Management Consultant.
