Rudy Cazares

Rudy Cazares is a Veteran Entrepreneur.  He has experienced the highs and lows of business as an entrepreneur and as a Former Marine Major during his 15 years of service in the Marine Corps.  

As a Former Marine Officer, he has he led over 400 Marines & Sailors throughout three combat deployments to Iraq and other deployments in Southeast Asia and West Africa.  During his time as Marine, he has been fortunate to experience what a top performing team looks like operating cohesively for a clear purpose.  At the same time, he has seen firsthand what poor leadership and fatigue can do to a top performing team.  He has taken the lessons learned from both positive and negative experiences during his time in service and applied them to business.

Since January 2020, Rudy launched Cazar Logistics LLC (Team Cazar), partnering with Amazon as a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) delivering thousands of packages 7-days a week with a team of about 80 drivers and a fleet of up to 50 delivery trucks/vans in the NYC Metro Area.  He has applied the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to his own business allowing him to place himself as a Visionary and Integrator for his organization.  Rudy, with the support of his leadership and management team, have been able to succeed in their mission of being recognized as a top performing team within Amazon Logistics amid the challenges of operating within NYC particularly during the pandemic and NYC riots of 2020.
